Fukushima gets wind farm two years after nuclear disaster - video

A wind turbine is transported from Tokyo to the coast of Fukushima to become part of a floating wind farm which will generate power from October. The Japanese government hopes the wind farm will help the region recover from the 2011 earthquake, tsunami and nuclear meltdown.
